Please join facilitator Tracy McShan for a 4-week interactive introduction to mindfulness meditation. Each 60-minute session will include an overview of mindfulness practice, a guided meditation, and Q&A. No prior experience is required. We’ll cover the following topics: Intro to Mindfulness, Mindfulness of the Body, Mindfulness of Thoughts & Emotions, and Awakening Joy.
