Learn more at the Climate Action Team’s hybrid-style Issues Forum July 24 from 11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m. in Hallman room 303.  Rita Beving will discuss how we can raise our voices during the upcoming City of Dallas budget hearings and town halls with Council members to support the CECAP – Comprehensive Environmental  and Climate Action Plan. Rita helped shape the CECAP prior to its approval in 2020, and she serves currently as a technical advisor on its environmental committee.  She works for Public Citizen’s Texas Office.
