For Visitors
Joining us for the first time?
You are welcome here!
We are glad you found us. Our vision for our church community is to be:
Genuinely Inclusive – We believe that building the beloved community on earth means engaging and celebrating real differences, encountering our own unexamined bias, and moving from tolerance to inclusion.
Rationally Spiritual – From ancient sacred texts to modern science and poetry, we seek a direct experience of awe and wonder. We seek an experience of God that takes many forms.
Joyfully Deep – We engage in spiritual disciplines that call us to confront the suffering of the world and celebrate life’s joys. Together we commit to growing in compassion, generosity, and service to the world.
Worship services are in the Sanctuary at 9:30 & 11:00am Sunday mornings.
Our church Parlor is a place where you can meet our members and staff and ask any questions you have about how to get involved in our community. Come by and grab a cup of coffee after each service. We’d love to greet you.
If you want to learn more about First Church and Unitarian Universalism, we invite you to our Inquirers Series, which meets every week at 11:00am. It is a rotating series of conversations about different aspects of our church. Drop in anytime, you don’t need reservations.
We welcome children of all ages in our worship services! We also have nursery care (age 3 and under) and classes for children and youth. Find out more HERE.
Feel free to contact us with any questions you have as you get to know us. We look forward to welcoming you!
