First Unitarian’s Aging Well Series welcomes Compassion and Choices to present “Let’s Talk About It: A Plan for a Good End of Life” with featured speaker Kim Callinan.
Compassion and Choices is the nation’s largest and oldest non-profit dedicated to empowering patients to claim their voice and agency in end-of-life care. Compassion and Choices offers individuals and families resources and options for end-of-life care and planning including:
